Kanye West announced via Twitter early on 9/27 that his album YANDHI will drop on Sat. night (9/29) and expressed respect for the return of Lil Wayne, who is dropping the feverishly anticipated Carter V tonight, an album fans have been waiting on for more than five years.
Ye also stated that "we know it will come in number 2" in sales, ceding to the legend Weezy. (Uh, don't underestimate Cher fans, Kanye).
This is a significant release for Wayne personally, since it's the first on his wholly-owned Young Money label, after settling a years-long legal battle with Cash Money Records for an undisclosed sum in June.

We know it will come in number 2 to my brother Lil Wayne and that’s lovely
