Republic's Ariana Grande popped by BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge for the first time ever Wednesday afternoon. The Sweetener songstress treated 14 competition winners and Radio 1's Clara Amfo (pictured) to a selection of songs from the recently released, chart-topping album, including current single "God is a woman"—now Top 5 at the U.K. radio outlet.
She also jumped a bit left of center, covering Thundercat's "Them Changes" (embedded below). For those who don't know, the L.A.-based bassist-turned-producer has worked with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell and Childish Gambino. However, this rendition proves there's just nothin' quite like an extra groovy Grande.
