DOLLIMORE RESHAPES RCA U.K.

David Dollimore, center, says the future of RCA is in the hands of, from left, Parris O'Loughlin-Hoste, Netanya Pilikian, Whitney Asomani, Sej Jheeta, Ore Olukoga, Tasha Demi, Feo Ogunfidodo, and Minnie Harding.

The RCA Records team in London has had a revamp under new President David Dollimore: He has made seven new hires and one promotion that will “define the future” of the Sony U.K. imprint.

Parris O’Loughlin Hoste has been promoted to Senior Urban Artist Manager, working on specialist radio and publicity, after five years at Sony, most recently as a Promotions Manager.

Minnie Harding has joined from Adidas—where she led the Global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing team—as Artist Influencer Marketing & Strategy. In her previous role, she was responsible for launching the Stormzy x Pogba MUFC signing campaign, as well as global activations with Giggs and Pusha T. She negotiated signing multiple long term global brand ambassadors including Desiigner, Stormzy and Dua Lipa.

Whitney Asomani is now Marketing Manager after serving as a music executive at ITV, where she worked with songwriters Wayne Hector and Ali Tennant, and oversaw an Under 21s Grime Tour and an Afrobeat showcase at SXSW. She has also managed girl group M.O. After working in marketing at UMG imprint Polydor and helping to launch Stefflon Don, Ramz and Wretch 32, Tasha Demi has also been hired as Marketing Manager.

Sej Jheeta, who previously worked at Universal in Commercial Strategy and Research and Planning, is Artist Strategy Manager. Feo Ogunfidodo joins as Audience Development Manager from Trace TV (a top urban entertainment brand in Africa). Former Sony interns Ore Olukoga and Netanya Pilikian are A&R scout and Marketing Assistant, respectively.

Said Dollimore: “I’m delighted to have such an exciting, dynamic, creative team, who not only live and breathe music, but who bring a fresh and diverse skillset to RCA. Their raw passion and hunger for success is infectious—they will define the future of the company.”
