BMG POPS ITS CORK

Zach Katz and Team BMG are celebrating being named Indie Pubco of the Year at the ASCAP Pop Awards for the third time in a row. Among BMG's other Pop triumphs: writer Poo Bear's role in such giant hits as "I'm the One" and "Despacito;" 21 Savage's participation in "rockstar" and more, as well as Desmond Child's receiving the Founders Award.

The pubbery's team is seen above, just before quizzing ASCAP Prez Paul Williams about how long it took him to get into his Planet of the Apes makeup.
