WEEKND UPDATE

The Weeknd's latest Instagram post suggests new music is coming on Friday. "Should we drop Friday?" he asked (apparently rhetorically) in the post. "I'm indifferent, to be honest."

The XO/Republic star has most recently been in the limelight as a guest on the star-studded, blockbuster Black Panther album; the track "Pray for Me," on which he's joined by album curator Kendrick Lamar, is Top 25 at Spotify U.S. The Weeknd's last full-length, Starboy, dropped in 2016. He's co-headlining at Coachella in April with Beyoncé and Eminem.
