METALLICA BACK ON THE ROAD IN THE U.S.

Metallica’s WorldWired Tour will return to North America in the fall, starting 9/2 in Madison, Wis., and visiting 34 cities that were not part of the 2017 trek. Hello, Sioux Falls!

The band and presenter Live Nation have come up with a novel idea for fans who want to travel from town to town, the Wherever I May Roam Black Ticket that allows a fan floor access to any Metallica show on the 2018/2019 North American tour. They’re $598 a pop, but only 250 ae available.

Every ticket purchased includes either a standard physical or standard digital copy of Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. Finally, Metallica continues to raise funds for their All Within My Hands Foundation, which supports a cross-section of national, local and Bay Area charities, music education programs and local food banks, and asks fans to make donations.

Pre-sales start Tuesday; public on-sale begins Friday everywhere except Kansas City.
