Former One Direction star Niall Horan has delivered his solo debut called Flicker, via Capitol Records, and has immediately shot to #1 on iTunes.
The 13-track record showcases a vibrant acoustic pop sound crafted by several accomplished tunesmiths, such as Adele co-writer Tobias Jesso Jr. and Kings of Leon producer Jamie Scott, with a duet featuring country music star Maren Morris called "Seeing Blind."
Horan has two singles powering the momentum of this record, "This Town," and the current "Slow Hands," now Top 10 on the T40 Mediabase airplay chart.
Niall recently revealed the whole album was inspired by a secret relationship, explaining that, "It is written about one person. Most of it is. I live most of my life out of the public eye. I try to keep as much of it shut as possible, because if you let it out, people start asking you loads of questions and it becomes uncomfortable."
