SOUL SISTERS

Last night at L.A.'s El Rey Theatre, alternative music fans and weasels alike donned their best dancing shoes for the final stop of Mondo Cozmo's first headlining tour.

With stellar support provided by Bright Antenna's Flagship, the Republic act, who dropped debut album Plastic Soul to much acclaim last month, blew the roof off the joint.

Seen after ordering a mondo round of cosmos are (L-R) the label's Talia Gilboa, KROQ's Kat Corbett, the label's Amanda Dobbins and KYSR & KCRW's Tobi Lynn, along with HITS' Samantha Hissong (top) and Caroline's Lauren Holman (bottom).

P.S. Lead single "Shine" went #1 at Triple A radio in January (and #13 at Alternative a few months later). "Automatic" is currently spinning at both formats.
