A MODEST! MOVE INTO PUBLISHING

Modest! Management’s founders and former Nettwerk A&R exec Blair McDonald have joined forces to create AMLOR Music Publishing. The company will be based in the L.A. and London offices of Modest! Management.

Modest!’s founders Richard Griffiths and Harry Magee and manager Will Blomfield and McDonald created AMLOR to provide focused creative services and support for songwriters, producers and artists through publishing and neighboring rights agreements.

McDonald is the Managing Director of the new venture, which will be run independently of Modest!, best known for managing One Direction and Little Mix.

“Over the years we've had countless offers to start a publishing business alongside our other businesses, but never felt we had right team to add value,” Griffiths said. “Blair brings that last important piece of the puzzle.”

McDonald spelled out AMLOR’s mission. “We’re offering the widest range of creative services to our roster—from working with writers and producers to access the best possible projects, providing financial support to help developing artists take the first steps on the road, pursuing brand partnerships, creative guidance, access to industry expertise, and everything in-between.”
