The first single from Capitol star Sam Smith for nearly two years, “Too Good at Goodbyes,” will arrive on Friday (9/8), the British singer revealed via Twitter on Monday. The new music is part of his upcoming and highly anticipated second album, the title of which is rumored to be TPH-50HR—a reference to his childhood home.
Fans on Twitter have been going wild thanks to a nifty auto-reply from Smith for those who Like the new music tweet featuring a gif with lyrics and link to Spotify's pre-save function.
Expect more hysteria in London's Portland Place, where Smith will be live in the BBC Radio 1 studio for Nick Grimshaw’s Breakfast Show on single release day, chatting about the track and what he’s been up to during his hiatus. Tune in from 7.50am U.K. time.
