U2'S LIVE SURPRISE AND SINGLE PREVIEW

Ever in search of new ways to unveil their music, Interscope rock icons U2 have dropped a vivid black-and-white performance video of new song "The Blackout" on Facebook Live. You can check out the Amsterdam perf (along with the real-time commentary thread) here. The song appears on forthcoming album Songs of Experience, the first single from which, "You're the Best Thing About Me," is due on 9/6.

"The Blackout" the second Experience song Bono and the lads have teased live, following renditions of "The Little Things That Give You Away" on their Joshua Tree Tour 2017.
