FLIPOVER FRIDAY: NEW ARRIVALS AT iTUNES AND APPLE MUSIC

New releases from three young country acts and two albums that reference NBA greats populate the Top 10 on iTunes’ albums chart early this morning. And former Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabello nails down two slots in the songs Top 10.

Country music is represented by the fourth Atlantic Nashville album from Brett Eldredge, simply titled Brett Eldredge, at #1; a deluxe edition of Dylan Scott’s self-titled debut for Curb at #4; and the Sturgill Simpson-produced debut from Tyler Childers, Purgatory (Hickman Holler/Thirty Tigers), at #6.

Tapping into Showtime-era Lakers and Lunchpail Larry’s Celtics, The Reach mixtape from Andy Mineo and Wordsplayed, Present Magic & Bird, is all net at #2. A.I. YoungBoy—formerly NBA YoungBoy who now pays tribute to former Sixers great Allen IversonYoungBoy Never Broke Again (Never Broke Again) is wearing Mo Cheeks’ number on the chart, 10.

Among this week’s other debuts are the second album from Wage War, Deadweight (Fearless), staking a claim to #3, the 63rd edition of Now That’s What I Call Music (UMG/Sony) at #5 and Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band’s Lay It On Down (KWS/Concord) at #9. New releases from Winner, Maranda Curtis and Girls’ Generation are in slots between 11 and 15.

On the singles side, Epic’s Camila Cabello has cracked the Top 10 with “OMG” f/Quavo and “Havana” f/Young Thug.
