BIG MOVES FROM BIG DEAL

Big Deal Music Publishing has bolstered its stable of execs with the addition of Kate Sweetsur and Joe Maggini. Sweetsur, named Senior Vice President A&R/Creative, will be based in London, while Maggini, the new Vice President/Head of Global Synch, will work from the pubco’s Encino, CA headquarters.

Sweetsur arrives at her new gig from BMG, where she was Co-Head of A&R/VP Creative. Maggini was the head of Format Music Solutions, an all-in-one shop that features a label, publishing company, custom music creation business and orchestral trailer library.
