HIP-HOP HEAVIES INHABIT AOKI'S KOLONY

DJ/producer Steve Aoki hopes to fuse the worlds of EDM and hip-hop with his forthcoming set KOLONY, due 7/21 via Dim Mak/Ultra. The collection features a passel of high-profile MCs, including Migos, Lil Yachty, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Lil Uzi Vert, T Pain and ILOVEMAKONNEN.

Migos and Yachty join Aoki on "Night Call," which you can check out below. Will this project, like several other current releases studded with well-known rappers, become a streaming bonanza? That would be Aoki-dokey with everyone concerned.
