After hinting for over a year that he had this track in his arsenal, Diplo dropped "Bank Roll" on SoundCloud today, which features verses from Young Thug, Rich The Kid and Justin Bieber—who is rapping, not singing.
That's significant since it reunites Bieber in a fresh way with the producer that helped re-imagine his comeback as part of the project Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack Ü, not to mention that Biebs is currently in the midst of a molten-hot streak of smashes, most notably Louis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee's remix for "Despacito" (sitting at #2 on iTunes) and the DJ Khaled collab "I'm The One" (at #3 on iTunes).
Although this particular Diplo beat has a distinct club edge to it, Bieber's bars—and his momentum—will certainly lift this into the mainstream.
