Spotify has launched a number of initiatives to honor International Women's Day and Women's History month. Last week, the streaming platform launched its “Women in Music & Culture” hub to celebrate the most iconic women in entertainment, music and literature. There, playlists with commentary from inspiring women and playlists ranging from Women of Acoustic and Women of Latin Music to Women of Pop and Women of Indie can be found.
They partnered with Girls Rock Camp Foundation for their new Take Action Banner, which allows users to easily make donations. They're also revealing data that shows how female users listen on the platform.
