FLORIDA GEORGIA BOYS TO EMBARK ON HUGE TOUR

For the first time in their career, BMLG's beloved country duo Florida Georgia Line will headline their own stadium concerts in 2017 for The Smooth Tour, and they'll be joined by none other than the Backstreet Boys for three of the big gigs. Those are Boston’s Fenway Park on 7/7, Minneapolis’ Target Field on 7/29 and Chicago’s Wrigley Field on 8/12.

This isn't the first time FGL and BSB have teamed up. The latter, who are currently in Vegas with a residency at Planet Hollywood, are featured on FGL's current single, "God, Your Mama and Me," which is off the chart-topping Dig Your Roots album and is now #32 and growing at Country radio.

But that's not all, folks. The R&B/country jam sesh will be intensified with the help of hip-hop star Nelly and buzzing country heartthrob Chris Lane.

News of the new stadium dates was revealed today (3/7) on ABC’s Good Morning America and included a ticket giveaway for the first round of overjoyed fans.

The Smooth Tour 2017—promoted by Live Nation—will kick off in Austin on 6/2. General ticketing details will be revealed shortly, although fans can currently enter for a chance to win some. And don't forget: FGL, who recently earned five ACM nominations, are still in the middle of the red-hot 2017 Dig Your Roots Tour, which ends on 5/6.

Seen yesterday in West Hollywood, gearing up to announce the big news, are FGL, BSB, Nelly and Lane, alongside a handful of key team members. Big Loud Management partners Seth England and Kevin “Chief” Zaruk, who can't wait to bust out their smoothest dance moves, have of course been tethered to clients FGL and Lane. You'll spot Chief sandwiched between BSB member Howie Dorough and BSB manager Jenn Sousa, while England can be seen cozying up to Lane and FGL's Brian Kelley. And from Team Nelly, there's Maverick's J Erving holding up the right, standing next to Live Nation's Steven Taliaferro.
