HALL & OATES,
TEARS FOR FEARS FORM PERFECT PAIR

In a brilliant pairing of 1980s hitmakers whose influence stretches far beyond that decade, Daryl Hall & John Oates and Tears For Fears are teaming for a 29-city North American tour. Talk about dynamic duos.

The tour kicks off 5/4 in Tulsa, Okla., and includes stops in Forest Hills, N.Y. on 6/16, Newark, N.J. on 6/17 and Los Angeles at Staples, the tour finale, on 7/28. Oddly, there is no Philly show yet. Allen Stone will open shows with an acoustic performance.

Hall complimented Tears for Fears—“Their music has a timeless quality that complements what we do”—and Tears For Fears’ Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith jointly said of Hall & Oates “We've been longtime fans of the band so it'll be fun to reconnect.”

Tickets go on sale 3/10 except in L.A., Nashville and Duluth, Ga., where sales start 3/17.

Maybe they’ll make a tour T-shirt with just the first names: Daryl, John, Curt & Roland. We’d buy one.
