THE DEATH OF PRINT JOURNALISM: FUTURISTIC EDITION

Hip-hop luminary Future last week took his eponymous album to #1 on our charts and dropped an instant follow-up, Hndrxx, that looks destined to follow suit. That’s a lot of good news for the rapper, though he may be doubly sorry about agreeing to appear on the cover of this fish-wrap of a mag.

Epic ruler L.A. Reid is doubling down on artist Future, whose back-to-back releases are making huge noise on the charts and racking up huge streams. Newly ensconced in lavish West Coast digs, Reid has every reason to be enjoying the weather—in fact, this HITS Contents shout-out may be the only rain on his parade.
