WHAT'S KHALED UP TO WITH BIEBER AND SCOOTER?

DJ Khaled has teased a video collaboration with Justin Bieber (and Scooter Braun) on his fervently followed Instagram feed, while insisting the details are "top secret." Bieber is reportedly featured on Khaled's forthcoming Grateful set (We the Best/Epic), the first foray from which was the single "Shining" f/Jay Z and Beyoncé. The rest of the album's featured artists are said to be in a red envelope currently sought by Pricewaterhouse.
