Spotify founder Daniel Ek has a job for Barack Obama—one that would let him retain his title of President.
In a tweet, Ek wrote “Hey @BarackObama, I hear you were interested in a role at Spotify. Have you seen this one?”
The job is President of Playlists, responsible for the oversight of the music curation and playlists team around the world.
Should Obama choose to apply, he’d be charged with providing “world-class leadership”; identify and substantiate new playlist ideas; and analyze data and performance of playlists in a clear and transparent manner.
Clearly he’s the only one Ek would consider for the job. The top qualification necessary? “Have at least eight years experience running a highly regarded nation.”
