MSG Entertainment (MSGE) has promoted Geni Lincoln to VP of Concert Bookings, LA. Lincoln will continue to serve as MSG's senior talent booker for the Forum, where she will work with the Forum's Managing Partners, Shelli and Irving Azoff, as well as Senior VP/GM of the Forum, Nick Spampanato.
"It’s been a continued privilege to work at a venue as iconic as the Forum and to get the opportunity to learn from two of the best in the business – Shelli and Irving Azoff," Lincoln proclaimed. The excitement of seeing young bands such as The 1975 grow to headlining an arena, the extraordinary success of multiple shows this past year like Kanye West, Gwen Stefani, and Maná, as well as the projects that return year after year, are just a few of my highlights. My love of music would get me to a show every night and luckily the Forum calendar allows me to do just that. I look forward to many big years ahead.”
Lincoln then spent the remainder of the morning explaining to a HITS editor that she was not related to the Great Emancipator.
