A four-song collection of David Bowie’s final recordings and a new video for “No Plan” were released Saturday, hours before what would have been his 70th birthday. The release comes almost a year after the release of Blackstar (ISO/Columbia) and days before the first anniversary of his death.
Tom Hingston directed the video; he had previously worked with Bowie on videos for “I’d Rather Be High (Venetian Mix)” and “Sue (Or in a Season of Crime).” The EP, titled No Plan, includes the previously released tracks “Lazarus,” “Killing a Little Time” and “When I Met You.”
