THE SHINS PUT A "NAME" ON IT

Aural Apothecary/Columbia's Alternative faves The Shins have dropped the lyric vid for "Name for You," the first taste of the Monotone-repped troupe's forthcoming set, Heartworms (due 3/10). Live dates for the 11-song set (most of which was produced by the band's James Mercer) kick off on 3/2 in Albuquerque, with dates in Paris, London and Amsterdam slated for later in the month, but their first live appearance connected with Heartworms takes place on A Prairie Home Companion this Saturday night (1/7) at 3pm PT. When we heard all this, our hearts skipped a beat, and our shins ached as usual.
