REMEMBERING KRAS: SHEP GORDON

The testimonials about Bob Krasnow, who passed away on Sunday, continue to pour in. This one comes from supermanager and "supermensch" Shep Gordon, seen here in 1988 with Daniel Markus, Teddy Pendergrass and Kras.

“In my book, Krasnow was the supermensch,” writes Gordon. “When I needed someone to go to bat for Teddy Pendergrass after his accident, Bob stepped forward when no one else would. We shared great meals, great wine, so many laughs and an occasional buzz! Bob was old-school music business, which is sorely missed—a great man who discovered and nurtured great talent in a way only he could. He was one of my heroes, and I’m so proud to call him friend.”
