BUNNY HOPS FOR GRAY, MATTERA, SNODGRASS

Just in time for Christmas, Warner Bros. Records execs Peter Gray, Larry Mattera and Hildi Snodgrass have received shiny new titles—and expanded responsibilities—from label topper Cameron Strang.

Gray is upped to GM/EVP Promotion & Media, while Mattera becomes GM/EVP Commerce & Marketing. CFO Snodgrass adds EVP Operations to the sign on her office door. Gray and Mattera will oversee all marketing, promotion and revenue, while Snodgrass will spearhead business ops for the company. These three and label prexy/A&R head Dan McCarroll comprise Strang’s executive hierarchy at the Bunny.

In making the announcement, Strang explains that “These promotions streamline a number of major components of our business, enabling us to innovate and move faster as we continue to grow and invest heavily in A&R and artist development."

Gray was WBR's EVP/Head of Radio Promotion. He came to the label from RCA in 2011 as SVP Promotion. Mattera joined the label in 2015 as EVP Commerce, Digital Marketing & Strategy, after spending eight years at WEA as SVP, Global Digital Accounts. Snodgrass has served as CFO for more than a decade. She joined WBR in 1999 as VP of Finance.
