The legendary Dolly Parton will join RCA's a cappella wonders Pentatonix for a performance on tonight's NBC Christmas special, cleverly titled A Pentatonix Christmas Special (which will re-air on Sat., 12/17; both go on at 8pm). The PTX-Parton version of "Jolene" just earned a Grammy nod for Country Duo/Group Performance, and the country icon joined PTX and Miley Cyrus for a rendition of her immortal hit "Jolene" on The Voice recently.
A Pentatonix Christmas currently sits at #2 on the iTunes album chart, while the quintet's prior Yuletide set, That's Christmas to Me, is #8.
Seen in the pic above with Dolly and the band are Dolly's manager, Danny Nozell, and PR vet Kirt Webster during a Cracker Barrel feast.
