SONG REVENUE CHART: STARBOY JUKEBOX

There's gold in them thar streams. XO/Republic's The Weeknd earned 41% of the total revenue on this week's Song Revenue Chart, with $1.23m+ thrown off by the many tracks from Starboy blasting away on the rev Top 50. Streaming revenue significantly outpaced sales.

UMG, not suprisingly, commands a 73% marketshare, with Sony taking 14% and WMG 11%.

The Weeknd not only tops the chart with "Starboy" but also takes the #4, #8, #9, #10, #12-14, #16-17, #19, #25-26, #29, #31-33 and #35 spots. Add Drake to the mix and Republic owns six of the Top 10 songs; except for #5 The Chainsmokers (Disruptor/Columbia) and #6 Bruno Mars (WMG), the Top 10 is dominated by UMG, with two Interscope smashes, Rae Sremmurd's "Black Beatles" (#2) and Maroon 5's "Don't Wanna Know" (#7), adding to Sir Lucian's take.

RCA's Pentatonix jump #46-37 with "Hallelujah" as the holidays approach. Which means it's time to put more rum in the eggnog.
