A documentary on Prince's early life and rise to fame should arrive next year, Rolling Stone reports. The film, apparently titled Prince: R U Listening?, is said to include interviews with Mick Jagger, Billy Idol, Bono, Lenny Kravitz and Sheila E, along with former band members Dez Dickerson and André Cymone.
The doc is being directed by producer Michael Kirk for 13 Films, a sales and finance company. A U.S. release date has yet to be confirmed, as the film is still for sale to distributors. Apparently, it was for sale at AFM, a market held in early November in Santa Monica. Start your engines, kids.
