According to the New York Post, Warner Music's Len Blavatnik is getting real over a Manhattan townhouse deal.
The billionaire had "shaken hands" with art-dealer heir David Wildenstein on an arrangement to buy the family’s property at 19 E. 64th St. for $79 million.
But when Wildenstein backed out Blavatnik sued, the paper reports, accusing the art heir of using his offer to try to secure a higher sale price for the property. He is suing to force a sale to him or be paid $10m.
Currently, the property is listed for $100 million.
