SPOTIFY NAMES BRUNO CROLOT MD OF FRANCE AND BENELUX

Former Midem boss Bruno Crolot has joined Spotify as Managing Director of France and Benelux, covering Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The exec has history at Sony, Universal and in the telecom business.

Crolot left Midem in 2015 after nearly five years as Director of Reed Midem’s annual music industry jaunt in Cannes. He started his career in marketing and business development at Universal Music France in ’94, before joining internet service provider Noos and then helming music and comedy licensing for Orange from ’05.

In ’08, Crolot was named VP of Digital Sales & Business Development at Sony Music France, joining Midem in ’10.
