DRAKE SAYS "PLEASE"

Drake's film project, Please Forgive Me, is coming soon as an Apple Music exclusive, the service officially announced via Twitter. The YMCMB/Republic star's exclusivity deal was made before UMG topper Sir Lucian Grainge declared that his company would abstain from exclusives in the future.

Last month, Drake took to Instagram to share that Please was coming 9/30, but that post has since been removed. Could it still drop then (or sooner)? Anything is possible.

The film reportedly features music from his highly successful Views, but according to NME, Drizzy said he's been working on new music and has been recording "six, maybe seven new songs" at a 9/16 show. That might not mean the tracks are included in Please, but it's certainly interesting. Rumors have been flying, with folks saying he's also planning on releasing a collaborative album or mixtape (potentially with Kanye and/or Rihanna) in the near future, after all.

Amidst all the mystery, at least one thing's clear: Drake's making 2016 his bitch.
