For the second time this year independent artist Chance the Rapper has delivered a stunning performance on national television that speaks to the profound level of his talent and mainstream appeal, delivering an emotional tribute that closed the ESPY Awards on behalf of the Greatest of All Time, national treasure Muhammad Ali.
