ROADIES ROCKS
WITH REPUBLIC

Republic Records has formed a strategic partnership with Stardog Records, the label set up as an imprint for Pearl Jam precursor Mother Love Bone. The first project is the soundtrack to Cameron Crowe’s series on Showtime, Roadies.

The first artist signed to Stardog is Reignwolf, a Canadian rocker whose debut single, “Hardcore,” will be featured in an episode of Roadies. The single will be released in July.

“We’re excited to further our partnership with Stardog Records and welcome Reignwolf to the Republic Records team and to the Roadies project,” Tom Mackay, EVP/GM, West Coast, for Republic Records, said. “We could not ask for a better line-up to start this relationship and look forward to many more.”

Reignwolf has performed at Sasquatch, Coachella, Lollapalooza and Voodoo Music and opened tours for The Pixies and Black Sabbath.

Crowe — as well as "It's been an incredible ride joining forces with Republic in resurrecting Stardog Records," gushed the label’s Kelly Curtis. "We're eager to get Reignwolf's debut LP and the Roadies soundtrack out in the hands of music fans and look forward to what opportunities lay ahead." Roadies premieres Sunday, 6-26, and is expected to be chock full of new music.
