LBT HOOKS UP WITH PHARRELL; MAGIC HAPPENS
Tonight, on the season finale of The Voice, Little Big Town will open the show performing the new song "One of Those Days." It’s the first track from Wanderlust, an upcoming album the group made with Pharrell Williams, who produced and co-wrote the eight new songs, and it’s strikingly original.
This sonically and musically heady piece of work makes it readily apparent that the genre-busting partnership is as inspired as it is unlikely. Just goes to show that there are no rules these days.
"One of Those Days" is available at iTunes, Spotify and other DSPs starting today. Wanderlust will be released 6/10 on Capitol Nashville.
The band is currently in the studio with Jay Joyce working on the proper follow-up to 2014's Pain Killer.
