A helluva lot of Radiohead songs have reappeared on Spotify today under the new ownership of XL Recordings. The band’s new album, however, is still nowhere to be seen.
In April, B-sides and remixes from the British band's first six albums were removed from Spotify and other digital music services, while ownership of their back catalog switched from EMI/Parlophone to current label XL.
The move is a result of the $200m+ divestments EU regulators required Warner Music Group to make as a result of its purchase of Parlophone in 2012.
Those special Radiohead releases are now back on Spotify, and journalist Stuart Dredge has made a handy 44-track playlist for all you fellow fans that can be found here.
The space where A Moon Shaped Pool would be is still prefaced with Spotify's standard "we are working on it and hope to have it very soon" message.
