RADIO IS "FEELING" JUSTIN AND RHCP

Justin Timberlake's new smash, "Can't Stop the Feeling" (RCA), which has been perched at #1 on the iTunes singles chart since its arrival and is on track to have the best first sales week for a track so far in 2016, has also gotten a thunderous reception at Pop radio.

In an unprecedented move, Team RCA shatters all Mediabase T40 add week stats by posting a perfect score: 186/186 stations for Timberlake.

The song also crushed at the Rhythm format, coming in #1 Most Added there as well, with double the stations of its closest competitor.

Given that "Feeling" is by far the biggest jumper at Shazam this week, barreling 197 places to #4 overall BEFORE airplay kicks in, the phrase that comes to mind is "fasten your seat belts."

Meanwhile, Modern Rock celebrates its own music titans, as radio showed a healthy enthusiasm towards Warner Bros. format legends Red Hot Chili Peppers, who also closed out the entire panel in their first week with new single, "Dark Necessities."
