HEAVYWEIGHTS GATHER FOR AUTISM BENEFIT

Light Up the Blues Concert—An Evening of Music to Benefit Autism Speaks returns to Hollywood’s Pantages Theatre on Saturday, 5/21, and the talent lineup is impressive. Hosted once again by Kristen and Stephen Stills, the event will feature performances from Neil Young, The Rides (Stills, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and Barry Goldberg), Jakob Dylan, The War on Drugs, Nikka Costa, Chris Stills and emcee Jack Black, plus special guests. Three artists with autism—Nikki Nik, Soulshocka and Kyle Cousins—will also perform.

Proceeds from the Light Up the Blues Concert will go toward Autism Speaks’ research and advocacy efforts for families and individuals impacted by the disorder.

Tickets for the benefit are available through Ticketmaster and the Pantages box office. This year’s sponsors include Toyota, Guess Foundation and Roland.

April is Autism Awareness Month.
