The iTunes album chart almost reads like an April Fool's joke since the entire Top 10 has refreshed into an all new list. Leading at #1 is the collaborative album from Def Jam label mates, G.O.O.D. Music's Big Sean and Artium's Jhené Aiko under the banner TWENTY88. Lukas Graham's self-titled debut album sticks at #2, Chris Stapleton holds at #8 while the rest of the Top 10 is a sea of new debuts.

On the singles side, Lukas Graham holds down the #1 spot with "7 Years" while Epic's Meghan Trainor and Fifth Harmony hold inside the Top 5. Mike Posner continues to sell with "I Took a Pill in Ibiza" along with Rihanna's monstrous "Work," which is not taking a day off from the Top 10 anytime soon.
