JP Evangelista, who most recently served as Vevo's VP Creative Content & Programming, has been upped to the position of Head of Music and Talent. His new responsibilities include overseeing the Talent team, as well as all bookings in the U.S., while supervising artist-related programs like LIFT and DSCVR.
Evangelista will continue to schedule and promote the likes of music videos, premieres and live events, while also strategizing with the Yield and Sales teams. He will remain in the company's N.Y. offices and continue to report to SVP Creative Content & Programming Tom Connaughton, who we hear has been kvelling all morning.
