NICK JONAS GETS COMPLICATED

Safehouse/Island's Nick Jonas has returned with a new single, "Close" f/Tove Lo, and started preorder on a new album, Last Year Was Complicated (due 6/10). The single, co-written by Warner/Chappell aces Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter (Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez) and produced by Mattman and Robin (Gwen Stefani, Tove Lo, DNCE), is currently #13 on the iTunes singles chart.

The Philymack-managed Jonas saw his eponymous solo debut certified platinum; the set spawned three hits, triple-platinum "Jealous," double-platinum "Chains" and platinum "Levels."

Jonas joins Safehouse/Island labelmate Demi Lovato on the Honda Civic Tour: Future Now on 6/24.
