Trina Tombrink has been named VP of Promotion & Artist Development for RED, putting her in charge of the distribbery’s Triple A promotional efforts. She’ll work out of RED’s NYC HQ and report to SVP Promotion & Artist Development Danny Buch.
RED President Bob Morelli welcomed the veteran to the company and noted that, “With her years of promotion experience and artist development track record, we know our Triple A and Hot AC efforts are in great hands with one of the best promotion executives in the business.”
Hailing the RED team as “the best in the business,” Tombrink enthused that “the possibilities for success at this company are endless. I’d like to thank Bob Morelli and Danny Buch for having the vision to create this new position in the promotion department and for giving me such an amazing opportunity to grow.”
Tombrink spent the last seven years at Republic as VP of Triple A Promotion & Artist Development. She broke into the business at Sony in the Columbia promo department in 1991 and eventually took charge of Triple A.
