Bob Dylan will tour the U.S. in June and July following the release of a second collection of standards, Fallen Angels. Ticket pre-sales begin on 3/8.
The tour, with Mavis Staples opening, starts 6/4 and 5 at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Woodinville, Wash. And includes stops at the Santa Barbara County Bowl on 6/11, L.A.’s Shrine Auditorium on 6/16, the Carl Black Chevy Woods Amphitheater in Nashville on 6/26 and the Forest Hills Stadium in New York on 7/8. Dylan will be playing 13 shows in Japan in April.
Dylan will be offering a redemption code to receive a CD of Fallen Angels with every pair of tickets sold. No release date has been announced to the follow-up to Shadows in the Night, a collection of songs associated with Frank Sinatra, but it is expected to be before his 75th birthday on 5/24.
