Williams: Fader up.

FADER JOINS CAROLINE

Caroline, Capitol Music Group's independent services and distribution division will handle all physical and digital distribution for FADER Label's growing roster.

The first release under the new agreement is Saul Williams’ fifth studio album, MartyrLoserKing, which was released 1/29. The label is also home to The Bots.

"Their individualized approach to each campaign will be a terrific asset to FADER Label on our upcoming releases, particularly with MartyrLoserKing, our first release together, " said Jon Cohen, co-founder (with Rob Stone) of FADER Label, "We're very passionate about the album and glad to have Caroline on board with this project."

The catalogue of the FADER Label, a New York City-based independent founded in 2002, includes albums by Matt and Kim, Neon Indian and Editors.

According to Caroline General Managers Piero Giramonti and Jacqueline Saturn, who often speak in unison, "Rob Stone and Jon Cohen are such great forward thinkers with incredible taste and a growing roster of artists who fit perfectly with Caroline's approach to artist development.”
