ADELE, RONSON, JAMES BAY, BIEBER, EODM AMONG BRITS NOMINEES
Nominations for February's BRIT Awards Revealed

Adele, James Bay and Years & Years led the way at the BRIT Award nominations Thursday (1/14), securing four each. Eagles of Death Metal received a nod in the International Group category, a nomination British newspaper The Guardian attributed to “the dignified way they responded to fans following the attack at The Bataclan concert hall” in Paris.

Adele is up for British female solo artist, Mastercard British Album of the Year, British Single and British Artist Video of the Year, the latter two for “Hello.”

Bay’s categories are British Male Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act, Mastercard British Album of the Year and British Single, while Electropop trio Years & Years is up for British Group, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and British Artist Video of the Year for “King.”

Justin Bieber, nominated for International Male Solo Artist, will be among the performers at the ceremony on 2/24 at The O2. Adele, Coldplay, Jess Glynne, James Bay, The Weeknd and Little Mix are also scheduled to perform.
