Forbes presented their 2016 class of the "30 Under 30" in their fifth annual list, by expanding and diversifying it to include 30 individuals who are excelling in 20 different sectors from a varied set of areas ranging from Science, Law, Marketing and Finance, to Consumer Tech, Healthcare, Media and of course, Music.
Each sector had its own "Blue Ribbon" panel of judges who are specialists in their fields to pick the finalists.
Among the notables in this year's Music sector are Metro Boomin, the 22 year-old wunderkid behind Drake & Future's mixtape not to mention Kanye West's newly released "Facts," TDE President Dave Free, widely credited for navigating the phenomenal success of his client Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, acappella phenoms Pentatonix, Halsey, Shawn Mendes, Leon Bridges, Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez, Walk The Moon and the lads of Rae Sremmurd.
