GRAMMY'S BEEN VERY GOOD TO CAPSHAW'S RED LIGHT/ATO

Coran Capshaw and the Red Light Management/ATO teams are celebrating a whopping 27 Grammy nominations.

Alabama Shakes (managed by Kevin Morris) lead the way with six, including Album of the Year and Best Alternative Album for Sound & Color, Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song for “Don’t Wanna Fight,” and Blake Mills for Producer of the Year.

Chris Stapleton’s Traveller is up for Album of the Year and Best Country Album, while the title cut has a pair of Country Solo nods. Zach Peters handles Stapleton.

Best New Artist candidate Sam Hunt (managed by Brad Belanger) also has a Best Country Album nomination for Montevallo.

Brandi Carlile’s The Firewatcher’s Daughter is in the mix for Best Americana Album, while Brandy Clark’s “Hold My Hand” made the final cut for Best Country Song.

Also receiving nominations were Punch Brothers with three and Lee Ann Womack with a pair, while The Decemberists, The Milk Carton Kids, Odesza, Charles Kelley, Eric Paslay & Dierks Bentley, Third Day and Angelique Kidjo picked up one apiece.
