APPLE TO PUT AN “S” ON IT

Apple is hosting its annual dog-and-pony show today in San Francisco, but this one is expected to be far less dramatic than a year ago, when Tim Cook and his cast unveiled the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+ and announced the Apple Watch, while U2 was the musical guest, and millions of grumps were outraged that the band’s new album had been loaded into their Apple devices.

Today’s event promises to be far less dramatic, with updates to the iPhone, the 6S and 6S+, possibly including much-improved cameras as well as Force Touch, an Apple Watch-derived feature that allows users to open features by pressing down harder on the screen. Apple is also expected to introduce a bigger iPad and the opening of Apple TV to third-party app developers. Excited yet?

Here’s something interesting: The event will take place at San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. It starts at 10am.
