A NEW BEGINNING AT THE END

Leslie Scott has been upped to PD at Seattle Modern Rock station 107.7 The End. Scott, who's been at the station since 2011, was previously Entercom Seattle's Digital PD. She arrived at the station in 2011 after stints in Columbia, MO, Savannah, GA and Madison, WI. She was one of Edison Research's 30 Under 30 award winners in 2011.

"I obsessed over the alt stations of my youth," she says. "It's the format that brought me to radio." She expressed her gratitude to President of Programming Pat Paxton, VP/Market Manager Jack Hutchison and VP Programming/Ops Dave Richards for the opportunity.

For his part, Richards hailed "a new day" for the station.

We've known Leslie was a star since her early college days at WPGU Champaign.
