BBC's IBIZA BANGER
BBC Radio 1 is marking 20 years of throwing cool events and live broadcasts direct from the non-stop dance party that is Ibiza with an entire weekend of shows for the cleverly named Radio 1 Ibiza 20 happening July 31st-Aug 2nd.
Radio 1 presenters Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Danny Howard will each host a number of shows that will be broadcast live from a secret location on the Spanish island, featuring a scorching array of the world's best dance acts including Calvin Harris, Disclosure, Duke Dumont, Rudimental, Faithless and Kolsch, with the full line up being revealed on Radio 1 next week.
BBC star presenter Nick Grimshaw remembers this particular gathering fondly, saying, "Radio 1 live in Ibiza has been one of my favorite things to listen to as a fan for years and years, since I was a teenager on my first lads' holiday there."
Pass the Mollies and start spraying the foam, people. The summer has truly arrived.
